I am proud to be an American and proud of my French heritage. I go by Blazing Liberty in honor of the Statue of Liberty. It symbolizes my immigrant past from France to the Land of the Free. It is the American Dream and the promise of true Freedom chased by so many immigrants before me and after me. Like the Statue of Liberty, I have ancestral roots in France (including like her, Paris) but my home and country is America. I can get really focused on a specific subject and spend a lot of time researching it. It eventually makes it in an article here, bringing back lost knowledge. I am sure there will be spelling and grammar mistakes. Someone else will resolve them. I also have a passion for Scouting especially, the Boy Scouts of America and its history. I also enjoy doing Genealogy. This hobby has taken me all over France as well as Vietnam and Switzerland.
